At this meeting, held on the 30th of September, Robert gave a presentation on USB-C, talked about some of its many uses and had advice on buying cables and devices. We also discussed recent Apple news and members shared suggestions and tips.

Robert talked about the USB-C standard with its many features and gave advice on buying USB devices and cables.
He covered Thunderbolt 3 and 4 which use the same connector and using USB-C to connect displays. Robert pointed out how the System Report tool accessible from About this Mac can be used to explore the USB devices connected to a Mac.
